Job summary

Aurecon Singapore is seeking an Executive/Technical Director to lead the Buildings team in delivering complex projects and sustaining long-term client relationships. You will drive strategy, governance, and project execution across major building ventures, leveraging deep technical expertise and leadership.

The role requires extensive experience in civil/structural engineering, strong commercial acumen, and a proven track record in business development within the Singapore market.

Qualifications

• Must have PE(Civil/Structural) registration.
• Minimum 11+ years relevant experience for Associate; 15+ years for Executive/Technical Director positions.
• Strong client relationships and business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client plans and positive relationships.
• Meet revenue and utilization targets; develop proposals and tenders with Business Development; bid planning, costing, and signoff.

• Responsibleforthedevelopmentandmaintenanceoftheclientplanandpositiveclientrelationships.
• Responsibleforachievementofrevenueandrelevantutilisationtargets,developingofclientproposalsandtendersinconjunctionwithBusinessDevelopment.Thisincludesbidplanning,facilitation,costing,writing,technicalinputs,andsignoffasrequired.

ProjectDelivery

• Accountablefortheoverallsuccessofallaspectsofprojectsassigned.Thisincludesbutisnotlimitedtocontractnegotiation,projectmanagement,managingtimeliness,quality,riskmanagement,projectfinancialperformance,communication,andscopemanagementoftheprojects,inlinewiththeAureconmethodology.
• Accountableforeffectivecloseoutofprojectsanddebriefonallprojectswiththeclient,ClientRelationshipExecutive/ManagersandProjectLeaders;responsibleforprovidingtechnicalexpertiseandoverseeingalltechnicalaspectsofprojects.

Financialmanagement

• Manageprojectprofitabilityandfinancialcontributionforallocatedprojects;ensurefinancialperformanceoftheallocatedprojectsinaccordancewithclientproposals,businessplansandbudgets.

PeopleManagement & CompetencyDevelopment

• Responsiblefortheleadership,management,development,andmotivationofteam,ensuringtheongoingdevelopmentofcareersandcompetencies,servicesandtechnologieswithintheServiceGroup.
