Job summary

• 15+ years of digital delivery leadership experience in large financial institutions or technology organizations.
• Proven ability to run delivery at scale (circa 500 engineers) across onshore and offshore locations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology strategy for digital banking across Retail and Wholesale as part of a modernisation program.
• Oversee program portfolio planning, estimation, capacity, and delivery outcomes with transparency on progress.
• Own delivery of digital banking platforms (mobile, web, APIs) with modern engineering practices (Agile, SAFe, DevSecOps).
• Drive platform convergence, cloud-native initiatives, and real-time event-driven architecture for resilience and performance.
• Lead stakeholder relationships with senior leaders and enable business-focused outcomes.
