Role description:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic AEJ Finance COO. This pivotal role will work closely with the CFO to drive finance strategy, manage change initiatives, and strengthen control & oversight and operational excellence across the finance function. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in finance, exceptional leadership and influencing skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
