We are seeking a Healthcare Innovation Executive to join our Digital Heart team, where you will be instrumental in transforming cardiovascular care through strategic planning and implementation of digital health initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset and demonstrate expertise in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies, combined with effective project coordination capabilities.

You are responsible for planning, coordinating, and tracking AI-related projects and your duties will include budget management, resource allocation, and providing operational support to streamline departmental processes. We are looking for a forward-thinking individual who understands both long-term strategic objectives and short-term operational goals, and who is passionate about driving meaningful change in healthcare.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare/science/computer science/engineering or equivalent

  • Experience in AI/ML tools and data processing, with knowledge of statistical software (R, Python, SPSS) and BI tools (Tableau)

  • Healthcare industry or healthcare technology background preferred, with ability to handle large healthcare datasets

  • Proficient in MS Office applications with basic financial literacy and strong communication skills

  • Self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working independently with minimal supervision
