The Opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated Executive - Customer Service to be part of our customer service team. Your key objective is to deliver excellent level of service to customers and manage their expectations and relationships to achieve high levels of customer happiness. Being in a dynamic environment, you are expected to adapt, pick up and apply new skills and knowledge which will be necessary to your success in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Requirements:
* Degree in Business Management / Engineering / Hospitality or equivalent, preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry
* You should demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with excellent customer service attitude
* Proficient in MS Office and meticulous with numbers and details
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
* Strong inclination to achieve customer happiness through delivering excellent service, and enjoys interacting with multiple partners to derive solutions for customer issues
* Well versed in English; fluency in Chinese/ local dialects will be helpful in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates.
