A shipping company in Singapore is looking for a candidate to manage customer orders and coordinate with stakeholders. The ideal applicant has a Diploma in a relevant field and at least two years of experience. Proficiency in MS Office and good communication skills are essential for this role. Job Descriptions
To liaise with customers on shipments dates and any special requirements pertaining to customers’ orders fulfillment.
To process booking acknowledgement within lead time.
To monitor and follow-up on special cargo.
To liaise with the Marketing team for space control.
To monitor detention and payment, terminal transmissions etc.
To coordinate with local and overseas stakeholders.
To perform any other duties as assigned.
What we're looking for
Preferably candidates who possess a Diploma in Shipping-related disciplines.
Candidates with at least two years of relevant working experience in a similar role will have an added advantage.
Proficient in MS Office such as Excel and Word applications.
Experience in Google suite applications, analytics or Live Chat functions will be an added advantage.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, result-oriented and resilient.
Assist in any other ad-hoc assignments when required.
