Executive Customer Claim (1 year contract)
Job Description:

Location: Tuas (Company Transport Provided)

Working Hours: Monday Friday (9am to 6pm) Hybrid Work Arrangement

Salary Range: Up to $4,800

This is a 1 Year contract role. (With completion bonus and performance bonuses)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer claims for parts delivery discrepancy
  • Ensure efficient and reliable communication to the customers as well as all related parties within the stipulated timeline
  • Manage the issuance of credit/debit notes in line with the process description and policy.
  • Ensure claim database kept up to date and prepare KPIs for management reporting
  • Assist in parts return process to vendor and any other reasonable assigned tasks
  • Keep supervisor updated of complicated issues derived from customer claims and initiate the escalation process where applicable
  • Liaise with IT department for claim system related issues

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years' experience working in a supply chain/logistics related role
  • Able to work with various stakeholders to support and meet customers' expectation.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications & reporting tools
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical and time management skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently as well as a good team player.
