A leading food production company is seeking an Operations Planner to manage systems and coordinate material requirements. The role involves generating forecasts, analyzing data, and ensuring efficient operations planning. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience and strong knowledge of food supply chains. Job Description:
* Run the Central Kitchen Management System and SAP MM & PP modules
* Generate sales/production forecast and material requirement projection
* Create production orders and collect production results/data for system posting
* Work with various team to create and upkeep master data in systems
* Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
* Min 3 year experience in operations planning and control
* Good knowledge of range of food materials, their supply chain, specification and quality
* Understanding of food preparation, cooking and packing processes
* Strong ability to anlayse data, plan operation, connect to execution and improve planning
* Familiar with SAP, MES and other manufacturing systems
