We’re seeking an Executive Creative Director (ECD) who is equal parts visionary, leader, and culture shaper. As the creative compass of our agency, you’ll set the tone for creative excellence, nurture world-class talent, and bring breakthrough ideas to life across multi-platform campaigns. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who thrives on big thinking, bold storytelling, and delivering award-winning, results-driven work.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Define and evolve the creative vision, ensuring alignment with business and brand goals.
  • Oversee the creative department — inspiring, mentoring, and managing creative teams across disciplines (copy, design, art direction, content, digital, etc.).
  • Lead high-profile campaigns from concept to execution across TV, digital, experiential, social, and print.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape client strategy, pitch new business, and drive growth.
  • Review and approve all major creative work, ensuring it meets the highest standards of originality and craft.
  • Champion innovation by staying ahead of cultural, technological, and industry trends.
  • Build a strong, inclusive creative culture rooted in curiosity, bravery, and collaboration.
  • Foster relationships with clients, helping them push boundaries while staying true to their brand essence.

Requirements

  • Min 15 years in creative roles within advertising or creative agencies.
  • Proven track record of leading award-winning campaigns and creative teams.
  • Exceptional storytelling, concepting, and creative strategy skills.
  • Leadership presence and gravitas — you can energize a room and command the trust of clients and teams alike.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a high level while ensuring quality and cohesion.
  • Deep understanding of the media landscape and how to create for multiple platforms.
  • Humility, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills — both internally and externally.
