A leading organization in the MICE and hospitality sector seeks an Executive for Corporate Sales to drive new business and maintain client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate sales, combined with excellent presentation and negotiation skills, to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible in achieving and exceeding sales targets for all HomeTeamNS products. This role as Executive, Corporate Sales will involve assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and collaborative individual with a strong passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
JOB SCOPES:
1. New Business Development
Identify and proactively target potential corporate clients through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, industry research, and lead generation.
Conduct compelling presentations and proposals to showcase the value proposition of our teambuilding facilities and MICE venues.
Effectively negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
2. Account Management
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing corporate clients.
Understand clients' evolving needs and proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with operations and event management teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and successful events.
Track and report on account performance, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
3. Work closely with the Sales Manager and other departments (e.g., marketing, product) to ensure seamless sales processes and effective communication.
4. Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market developments.
5. Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, sharing best practices and contributing to team success.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven track record of success in corporate sales, preferably within the MICE, hospitality, events, or teambuilding industry.
Demonstrated ability to effectively prospect, qualify, and close new business deals (hunter mentality).
Excellent account management and relationship-building skills (farmer mentality).
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with a proactive approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
