To provide support and implement corporate communications plans, organise events, handle media engagements, and produce content for the website and social media platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
• Conceptualise and implement integrated communications plans – both internal and external to support the organisation's programmes.
• Provide corporate communications support to other departments within the organisation.
• Monitor and review the progress and effectiveness of communication activities initiated.
• Manage projects, events, and coordination with external parties.
• Keep track of fund utilisation.
• Coordinate and support the organisation’s projects and events.
• Maintain the campaign and corporate websites.
• Write, edit, and publish content for social media platforms and websites.
• Engage and manage the media
• Media monitoring and providing analyses.
Job Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years of working experience.
• Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication or New Media, or English, or Marketing.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Sound understanding and active use of social media.
• Good editing and presentation skills.
• Project management skills. Multi-tasking projects, managing shifting priorities, and meeting deadlines.
