Position: Executive Cook in Chinese Kitchen

  1. Station in charge, responsible for ensuring smooth workflow in the kitchen from preparation to presentation of dishes.
  2. Assist the main chef in preparing main menu items.
  3. In charge of cooking main dishes allocated by the Head Chef.
  4. Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety in the kitchen.
  5. Responsible for cleanliness of kitchen equipment.
