Executive, Contracts & Log Support
Responsibilities
- Manage projects/contracts assigned from planning to execution and provide timely status updates to management.
- Prepare budget papers and review specifications to call for new contracts or contract renewal.
- Liaise with Procurement on sourcing events including evaluation, award, approval, and creation of agreements in SAP system.
- Plan and monitor budget utilization for all contracts.
- Monitor vendors/contractors’ performance and conduct evaluations.
- Oversee contracts to ensure contractors fulfill contractual, legal, and safety obligations.
- Conduct site visits to brief contractors on work details.
- Ensure timely renewal and unitization of contracts without lapses.
- Review contract usage, verify payments, and evaluate vendors.
- Perform any other duties or tasks assigned.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Preferably 2 to 3 years of experience in Facilities/Property Management or Contract Management.
- Diploma or Degree in related fields.
- Experience with financial institution regulatory requirements and risk management related to outsourcing and vendor management is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective vendor and regulatory relationships, influence decisions, and collaborate across the organization.
- Proven ability to review, monitor, and recommend amendments to contracts and implement business processes to manage contractual obligations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of SAP and Ariba is an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
