Job description

Executive, Contracts & Log Support

Responsibilities
  • Manage projects/contracts assigned from planning to execution and provide timely status updates to management.
  • Prepare budget papers and review specifications to call for new contracts or contract renewal.
  • Liaise with Procurement on sourcing events including evaluation, award, approval, and creation of agreements in SAP system.
  • Plan and monitor budget utilization for all contracts.
  • Monitor vendors/contractors’ performance and conduct evaluations.
  • Oversee contracts to ensure contractors fulfill contractual, legal, and safety obligations.
  • Conduct site visits to brief contractors on work details.
  • Ensure timely renewal and unitization of contracts without lapses.
  • Review contract usage, verify payments, and evaluate vendors.
  • Perform any other duties or tasks assigned.
Qualifications & Work Experience
  • Preferably 2 to 3 years of experience in Facilities/Property Management or Contract Management.
  • Diploma or Degree in related fields.
  • Experience with financial institution regulatory requirements and risk management related to outsourcing and vendor management is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective vendor and regulatory relationships, influence decisions, and collaborate across the organization.
  • Proven ability to review, monitor, and recommend amendments to contracts and implement business processes to manage contractual obligations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of SAP and Ariba is an advantage.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
