Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer KPIs and perform tasks assigned by your supervisor.
  • Supervise a team of warehouse staff.
  • Ensure the program meets expectations, including delivery timelines, inventory integrity, and proper documentation.
  • Operate the program in a cost-effective manner while meeting all requirements.
  • Control and manage material usage, purchases, headcount, and overtime.
  • Handle customer complaints effectively.
  • Maintain inventory integrity and obtain feedback from staff and customers for continuous improvement.
  • Document work instructions and conduct On-Job Training (OJT).
  • Ensure staff compliance with all established processes and maintain data accuracy.
Skills Required:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PC, and IT tools.
  • Process-oriented team player.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • Minimum diploma qualification.
  • At least 3 years of experience in warehousing and 3PL operations.
