Job description

A leading entertainment facilities and events provider is looking for a Content and Programs Executive to join their team.

Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and establish creative ideas for the facility's programmes as a team, generating program objectives concurrently.
2. Create yearly program calendar for teambuilding programmes, classes, holiday camps etc.
3. Manage projects and review programmes effectively.
4. Responsible for the delivery of programmes using appropriate teaching and learning methods.
5. Ensure consistency and a structured environment during the execution of the programmes.
6. Conduct pre and post event evaluations and report on outcomes, and implement improvement plans.
7. Main liaison between vendors and internal teams leading up to event day.
8. Manage external vendors, project management and general admin duties.
9. Responsible for the profitability of the programmes.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years experience in team building or sports coaching fields.
2. Strong communication and presentation skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
