Event Planning & Execution (Fundraising & Appreciation)
Plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising events (e.g., charity galas, auctions, donation drives) and volunteer/donor appreciation events (e.g., recognition luncheons, thank-you events).
Develop event concepts, timelines, budgets, and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, internal teams, and partners to ensure smooth event execution.
Work with the Marketing and Communications team to support event promotions and publicity.
Oversee post-event follow-up, including donor and volunteer acknowledgment, donation tracking, and feedback collection.
Roadshows & Outreach Activities/Projects
Plan and execute roadshows, exhibitions, and other outreach activities to raise awareness and engage the community.
Coordinate logistics, including venue management, materials, and event promotions for outreach campaigns.
Engage with target audiences—such as the general public, community organisations, and corporate groups—to encourage participation in fundraising and volunteer opportunities.
Track and measure the effectiveness of outreach efforts and use data to optimise future projects.
Volunteer Management & CSR Coordination
Recruit, onboard, and manage volunteers for fundraising events, appreciation activities, and CSR initiatives.
Coordinate volunteer roles, scheduling, and communications to ensure volunteers are engaged and prepared for their activities, whether for fundraising or CSR projects.
Plan CSR activities that align with both organisational goals and community needs.
Track volunteer participation and CSR activity outcomes, ensuring both the organisation and the community we serve benefit from the engagement.
Foster strong relationships with volunteers and corporate partners, recognising their contributions and ensuring positive experiences.
Maintain and update a volunteer database, monitor volunteer hours, and gather feedback for ongoing improvement.
Administrative & Operational Support
Provide administrative support for all events and volunteer activities, including procurement, data management, reporting, and document management.
Assist in generating post-event reports, donation tracking, volunteer feedback, and other related documentation.
Maintain inventories of event supplies, volunteer materials, and other logistical resources.
Provide general support with ad-hoc administrative tasks related to event planning, volunteer management, and outreach initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer (RO) to support departmental or organisational needs.
