Job summary

AETOS COMMUNICATIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive project manager to coordinate creative campaigns in corporate branding, digital, and print communications.

You will collaborate with our design team to translate client briefs into effective timelines and deliverables. Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in project management for social media or marketing, strong bilingual copy checking in Chinese, and proficient MS Office skills; you’ll thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Social Media Management, Art & Design, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of project management experience supporting social media marketing design, client servicing, marketing, or corporate clients.
• Proficiency in Chinese language copy checking with good credit in ‘O’‑Level Chinese.
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software proficiency; interest in front‑end programming (eDMs) is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively within creative teams.
• Self‑starter with curiosity, confidence, positivity, and enthusiasm to contribute as a supportive team player.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive online research to gather insights that inform and enhance project deliverables and team decision‑making.
• Develop and maintain clear, actionable project timelines, monitoring progress to meet all key deadlines effectively.
• Manage administrative tasks to optimise project workflows and ensure seamless coordination across teams.
• Apply advanced written communication skills to craft and adapt messaging across diverse contexts, tailoring tone to engage target audiences effectively.
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail and prioritise time management to uphold project quality and meet deadlines.
• Proactively identify project challenges and implement effective solutions independently or collaboratively to maintain project momentum.

• Proficiency in Chinese language copy checking with good credit in ‘O’‑Level Chinese, supporting quality assurance in bilingual content
• Skilled in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management software; interest in front‑end programming (eDMs) is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively within creative teams
• Self‑starter with curiosity, confidence, positivity, and enthusiasm to contribute as a supportive team player
