Job description

Job Summary:

The Executive plays a key role in supporting the Beyond The Label (BTL) campaign, with a focus on brand stewardship and integrated marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and adept at balancing brand strategy with execution, while delivering impactful messages to reduce stigma and raise awareness around mental health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing collaterals including the adaptation and application of key visual concepts to marketing collaterals
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure that marketing collaterals (print and digital) are produced in time and according to brand guidelines
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for BTL-related outreach for various work groups
  • Manage influencer and artiste marketing campaigns and content creation to ensure alignment with brand strategy
  • Develop and implement data-driven integrated campaigns to achieve specific marketing objectives
  • Support content creation across various online and offline platforms
  • Perform other duties as assigned in relation to BTL campaign

Key Competencies:

  • Ability to use Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite application
  • Experiences in implementing successful campaigns and proven track record in garnering conversions are preferred
  • Organised and meticulous with an eye for detail
  • Able to communicate effectively with teams with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Fast learner who is able to learn and pick-up new software tools quickly
