Job description

We are seeking an Executive to join our team managing SingHealth Academy's education communication needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Profile and position SingHealth Academy as the training provider of choice for nurturing future healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement the full spectrum of integrated communications and publicity efforts for key initiatives/programmes targeted at internal and external audiences for the assigned accounts/entities.
  • Provide support in the drafting of communications, including reports and speeches.
  • Maintain social media platforms and websites under SingHealth Academy.
  • Plan, develop, and execute outreach events and strategies for internal and external stakeholders such as senior management, education stakeholders, residents and learners.
  • Develop and implement a content strategy to showcase Academy as well as create and curate engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Support administrative duties including procurement, minutes writing, and archival when necessary.
  • Take on other assigned projects that are in tandem with the department’s growth.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field
  • Relevant experience in marketing communications, including writing, editing and design would be an advantage
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Canva, with a strong sense of visual design
  • Experience in website management. Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager and Microsoft SharePoint would be an advantage
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to drive multi-faceted campaigns
  • Meticulous with attention to detail
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement
