A leading real estate firm in Singapore is seeking a professional to join their team in leasing and planning Grade A office buildings. Responsibilities include formulating marketing strategies, conducting viewings, and tenant management. Ideal candidates will have a Diploma/Degree in Real Estate or related fields and strong communication skills. This role offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic hybrid workplace environment.
Job Description
Involved in the leasing and planning of Grade A office buildings.
Formulate and implement marketing and leasing strategies including risk/ revenue diversification strategy, subdivision/ stacking planning.
Learn and apply operational and technical aspect of Facilities Management for tenant’s fit out and support FM in tenancy management.
Contribute to development of new hybrid workplace product and service offering at the integrated development at Guoco Midtown.
Conduct viewings, sharing concept of the Network Hub services and events. Assist on operational matters at NWH, if required.
Assist and Conduct viewings and presentations with senior management in corporate MNCs, draft RFP & assist review of lease agreements, and attend to tenancy-related matters
Prepare office rental reports, tenancy & lease reversions schedules, assist in budgeting and leasing assumptions with use of Property technology and forecasting software
Conduct market research and identify market trends, review of portfolio’s performance and asset management
Provide inputs in tenants engagement programs & commercial marketing collaterals/ tools
Cultivate good relations and strong network with real estate consultants, tenants and our partners/ vendors /agents.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Real Estate or related Business studies.
Team player with good communication skills and is customer-focused.
