This role involves overseeing multiple kitchen outlets, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and maintaining high food quality. Ensure that the culinary team maintains quality and standards of cooking whilst complying with health and safety standards.
In charge of overseeing a minimum of 5 outlets of kitchen operations.
Follow kitchen and hygiene set standards.
Responsible for managing the SOP for the kitchen team.
Manage COGS for all outlets.
Ensure food freshness and expiries.
Set food standards and quality.
Remove any hazards and make safe any defects in the kitchen or equipment.
In charge of food ingredient ordering.
Manage weekly food menu.
Capable of coming up with new dishes on a quarterly basis.
Required to be hands-on when necessary.
At least 5 years of experience.
Must have experience in Thai or relevant cuisine.
Need to manage multiple outlets.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required to work on weekends.
Need to run the site daily.
