Requirements

  • Have good skills and knowledge in South and North Indian cuisine (Veg/Non Veg)
  • Authentic South and North Indian cuisine, varieties of Biryani and Tandoori
  • Able to make South and North Indian Tiffin – Naan, Roti, Tandoori, Tikka and indian Gravies
  • Varieties of Chutney
  • Knowledge of making sambal for Mee Goreng
  • Have interpersonal skills and team Leader
  • Have min of 12 years relevant working experience
  • Need to know Costing and Menu Preparation
  • Willing to learn the new menu items
  • Sales and Marketing Talent required
  • Managing Team and get desired output.
