Job description

The SingHealth RHS Centre for Person-Centred Care (CPCC) was established to share expertise, knowledge and capabilities; spread the philosophy of person-centred care; and integrate and augment person-centred efforts across the healthcare system.

You will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to ensure smooth and effective operations. Your duties will include assisting with administrative tasks such as meeting scheduling and budgeting, as well as maintaining up-to-date records and filing of confidential and administrative documents. You will also provide secretariat support.

In addition, you will plan and implement person-centred projects, events, training workshops and other initiatives. You will support outreach and network with relevant stakeholders, both globally and locally. You will also participate in research collaborations with local and international agencies, institutions and stakeholders. Other duties may be assigned by your supervisor as required.

Job Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with 2 years of work experience
  2. Experience in healthcare would be an advantage
  3. Strong analytical skills with an understanding of financials, statistics and workflow engineering and re-engineering
  4. Good presentation skills and ability to write well
  5. Highly independent with strong interpersonal skills
