A leading organization in financial planning seeks a Business Development & Partnership Support professional. You will engage with corporate partners, support certification programs, and coordinate various business initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to fostering partnerships and managing administrative duties.
Business Development & Partnership Support
· Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities for FPAS programs, courses, and certifications.
· Support outreach to corporate partners, training providers, and industry stakeholders to promote FPAS offerings.
· Coordinate logistics and provide administrative support for events, seminars, roadshows, and engagement sessions.
· Maintain and update business development databases and track partner engagement activities.
· Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing collaterals to support business initiatives.
Certification Department Support
· Provide administrative assistance for the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Certification Program.
· Support the processing of candidate applications, enrolments, and renewals.
· Maintain accurate certification records and ensure proper filing of documentation.
· Liaise with candidates and education providers regarding certification requirements and course information.
· Help coordinate examination logistics and manage related communications.
Accounts Department Support
· Assist in invoice generation, payment follow-ups, and financial record-keeping.
· Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for procurement and payment matters.
