WHAT TO EXPECT

You will be responsible for managing agent records, including agent code creation and termination, updating access rights, and processing servicing adviser changes. You will also oversee the allocation and maintenance of lockers and workspaces to ensure agents are well-equipped to carry out their roles efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a diploma in any discipline, a solid understanding of life insurance operations, and strong administrative capabilities. A keen eye for detail, good interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude are essential for success in this position.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  1. Manage agent administration including agent code creation, termination, and tagging of appropriate products for distribution.
  2. Set up and maintain register in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), including handling change of servicing adviser requests.
  3. Allocate lockers and workspaces to FCs; ensure each workspace is properly equipped with necessary amenities.
  4. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of lockers and workspaces to ensure a conducive working environment.

WHO YOU ARE

  1. Diploma or equivalent
  2. Proven track record in administrative roles, demonstrating high accuracy and self-motivation.
  3. Exceptional attention to detail.
  4. Ability to work independently, multitask, and effectively prioritise tasks.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
