About the Role

Join ST Engineering IHQ Pte. Ltd. as an Executive in the Business Excellence Department, where you will play a key role in supporting operational excellence and driving strategic initiatives across the organisation. Based in our Jurong East and Ang Mo Kio offices, this role provides vital administrative and coordination support in areas such as ISO implementation, document control, internal audits, and other department-related activities.


As part of a global technology and engineering leader, you will contribute to our mission of continuous improvement, innovation, and business transformation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Document Control Management:
    Maintain and oversee the document control system, including registration, issuance, obsolescence, and archival of documents (e.g., e-DCC system).
  • Administrative Support:
    Manage departmental records such as fixed asset disposal, asset listing, and procurement-related expenses.
  • Departmental Coordination:
    Assist in planning and organising team lunches, department meetings, and corporate events.
  • Intranet Maintenance:
    Regularly update and maintain the Business Excellence department’s intranet content and pages.
  • Audit & Certification Support:
    Assist in preparations and coordination for certification audits including ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001.
  • Management System (MS) Documentation:
    Support updates to MS manuals and associated documentation.
  • Standards and Procedures Management:
    Maintain cataloguing standards and procedure manual records in line with corporate governance.
  • Partner and Customer Screening:
    Support compliance by performing screening processes for new customers and business partners.

Requirements

Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Environmental Studies or a related discipline.

Experience: Prior experience in administrative or operational support, preferably within a quality or compliance environment (e.g. ISO 9100).

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and document control systems will have advantage
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive team player with a collaborative mindset, keen in sustainability.
