Qualifications

Job description

Job Purpose:

This role will support the Business Development Manager inour Ready-to-Eat meal Vending Machine Business Segment. The incumbent requires excellent interpersonal and organization skills; and should hold an interest in F&B business development, such as prospecting, networking, negotiating and after-sales servicing.

The candidate must possess his/her personal transportation.

Responsibilities:

  • Always on a lookout for industry news, particularly in the F&B Vending Machine or Ready-to-Eat meal marketing

  • Always on a lookout and identifying potential new market opportunities

  • Assist in tender and renewal negotiations and team meetings

  • Assist in site visits and evaluation to propose potential vending machine placement locations

  • Establish and maintain good client relationships, including after-sales servicing and client problem solving

  • Manage internal gate processes from proposal to launch of vending machines at location

  • Keep good documentation and records of the all agreements and contracts

  • Perform weekly portfolio reviews and reports

  • Work closely with relevant departments (e.g. marketing team, business strategy team) to support the business growth of our brands

  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking occasions as part of Branding and Business Development efforts for the company

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or other equivalent course with 1 – 2 years of working experience in similar capacity

  • Strong communication skills

  • At least 1 year in Customer Sales or Business Development role

  • Customer-centric, proactive, resourceful and organized individual

  • Self-driven individual to achieve sales targets

  • Able to work 5.5 days a week
