Executive, Business Development (Retail & Lifestyle)

Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to renowned wildlife parks connecting visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, integrating five wildlife parks with nature-based experiences, green public spaces, and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Responsibilities
  • Uphold and demonstrate Mandai Wildlife Group values – ETHICS (Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, Care for Wildlife, Sustainability).
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to out-of-park partners and e-commerce customers, handling queries related to replenishment, logistics, and after-sales service.
  • Drive e-commerce and out-of-park business growth; analyze business performance with internal stakeholders and provide feedback to develop revenue streams.
  • Conduct market trend analysis and monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize sales.
  • Manage online sales channels, including driving traffic, managing product listings, pricing, promotions, click-and-collect flow, and inventory.
  • Ensure guest inquiries are promptly addressed.
  • Ensure product information and pricing are accurate and products are launched on time.
  • Coordinate with partners to ensure timely product launches, proper representation of out-of-park points, and stock level maintenance.
  • Set up and dismantle temporary stores/displays and maintain visual merchandising, collaborating with Visual Merchandiser.
  • Build relationships with partners, gather and share feedback on product quality, promotion effectiveness, and customer responses.
  • Provide operational support to partners as needed.
  • Reconcile revenue reporting with Finance, e-commerce partners, and vendors.
  • Refine and improve click-and-collect operations.
  • Coordinate stock counts.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in e-commerce operations or related roles.
  • Experience with platforms like Shopify, Lazada, Shopee is advantageous.
  • Independent and sales-driven mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving, planning, and time management skills.
  • Service-oriented with good communication skills.
  • Ability to work on weekends and public holidays if needed.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus.
