Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the customer and patient acquisition and retention strategy together with our marketing team
- Provide customer services and manage new and existing corporate accounts
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities with impactful presentation of the organisation’s medical solutions
Essential Job Functions
- Attend sales enquiries via different communication channels, manage tenders, generate quotations, conduct presentations and implement marketing initiatives
- Manage the full sales cycle of the sales process from prospecting to closing of corporate accounts
- Conduct thorough needs analysis on clients’ and patient’s requirements with customised solutions
- Timely follow-up and support with clients’ and patients’ needs
- Manage corporate clients’ feedback channels
- Participate in organising external projects such as onsite health screening, vaccination exercises etc.
- Assist in the management of client’s experience and service delivery (e.g. from appointment booking to emailing of results for Medical Examinations, etc.)
- Perform calls and/or attend events to encourage clients to participate in HealthierSG programme
- Support any ad hoc assignments and projects per assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year’ experience in business development, strategy or sales and marketing roles
- Diploma and above (or equivalent) in business, sales or marketing (or relevant field)
- Good listening skills and ability to pitch customers
- Possess good organising skills, multi-tasking skills, problem-solving skills, analytical skills and communication skills
- Good interpersonal, collaboration and teamwork skills and experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Additional Information
- Working hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8:45am to 6pm; alternate Saturdays, 8:45am to 1pm (one Saturday per month WFH)
