Job description

Key Responsibilities/Duties

• Support the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, joint ventures, and partnerships.

• Participate in meetings with potential clients, consultants, and joint venture partners to present company capabilities and explore collaboration opportunities.

• Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation for tenders and business development purposes.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning and decision-making.

• Draft and manage write-ups, articles, and internal/external communications for company events, CSR initiatives, and sponsorships.

• Liaise with relevant departments to coordinate branding and social media content related to corporate initiatives and public-facing engagements.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using digital tools such as Power BI and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

• Support the implementation and digitalization of internal business processes and reporting systems.

• Liaise with internal IT teams and departments to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions.

• Coordinate and assist in data collection and reporting for ESG initiatives in alignment with corporate sustainability goals.

• Track ESG performance indicators and assist in the preparation of sustainability-related disclosures and reports.

• Ensure effective internal and external communications and maintain close working relationships with stakeholders.

• Support ad-hoc assignments, business meetings, and follow-ups as required by management.
