The Purpose of this Position will play a key role in the growing Branding & Communications team at Q Collection in shaping the voice of Q Collection online – crafting clear, engaging and consistent messaging for a range of internal and external stakeholders, from employees to international buyers and investors. The Executive, Branding & Communications will be expected to work closely with a cross-functional team to translate business strategy and sustainability progress into impactful narratives to ensure that our corporate voice reflects our values and ambition.
Job Responsibilities
Online Branding & Content Management
- Website & Blog Copywriting: Write and maintain clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content for the corporate website and blog, including articles, updates, and landing pages that reflect ongoing initiatives and milestones
- Content Planning & Coordination: Maintain the communications calendar and support the execution of scheduled storytelling initiatives (e.g., blog posts, factory spotlights, associate features)
- Corporate Communications: Draft, edit, and manage content for internal and external channels, including sustainability reports, CEO speeches, press releases, newsletters, and leadership communications
- Stakeholder Messaging: Develop audience-specific messaging for key stakeholder groups including buyers, brand partners, auditors, investors, and industry collaborators
- Campaign Support: Assist in planning and delivering communications for product launches, social impact initiatives, partnerships, and leadership announcements
- Editorial Support: Contribute to the development of Q Collection’s brand tone and narrative architecture; maintain consistency in language across all communications
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sustainability, People, Commercial, and Operations teams to source stories, validate data, and align messaging with broader company objectives
Job Requirements
Education and Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Sustainability or a related field
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful communications campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication with creative content development skills
- Proficient in using digital communication tools, social media platforms, and content management systems
Experience
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, or content development (experience or interest in sustainability or fashion/apparel are a plus!)
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, with strong attention to detail
- Confidence in working across different functions, geographies and cultures and translating complex ideas into clear messages
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
