A leading community foundation is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create impactful designs for various branding and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, a strong portfolio, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging and impactful designs across a broad range of projects for various branding, publicity and marketing purposes/platforms
Deliver high quality outcomes and targeted designs, showcasing strong technical quality of work, including resolution, layout, and adherence to specifications
Coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors on brand, print, production and delivery matters
Be responsible for maintaining and updating the department’s library of all graphic related files and templates
Be responsible for maintaining and updating the department’s photo and video library
Handle all internal and external requests for photos and videos from the department’s library
Custodian of the organisation’s brand elements to ensure that all logos and related brand imagery are used in accordance with the organisation’s guidelines
Conduct timely reviews, updates and maintenance of all brand/logo guidelines
Join in planning and discussions to generate content for the organisation’s social media channels, including liaising with internal stakeholders to uncover stories and content, while developing social media assets
Be collaborative and adaptable, thriving in cross-functional teams and being open to constructive feedback
Participate in various task force and committees as assigned by the Reporting Officers
Any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officers
Support preparation and on-site facilitation for corporate photoshoots/video productions
Support preparation and on-site facilitation for paid and earned media interviews/photoshoots/filming sessions
Where required, be able to work occasional weekends to support events
Videography and video editing skills are plus: particularly for social media content, with a strong sense for dynamic, platform-appropriate visuals. Familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut is a bonus
Job Holder Requirements and Qualifications:
Qualification: At least a Diploma in Mass Comm, Graphic Design or equivalent (Degree will be an added advantage)
Experience: Have at least 3 years of working experience as a graphic designer
Special Qualities, Knowledge & Skills:
Demonstrate advanced graphic design skills with the ability to think creatively and deliver impressive concepts
Possess a strong portfolio, showcasing creative versatility, attention to detail, and consistent brand application across diverse projects
Experienced in multi-platform content creation for both digital and physical brand touchpoints, with current knowledge of content trends and formats
Possess full and fluent knowledge of current design tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) as well as PowerPoint and [Optional] Canva, to deliver the best results
Possess working knowledge of social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
Have a passion for design extending across various styles and channels (e.g. new media and digital channels), being trend-aware and passionate about visual storytelling, pop culture, and enhancing brand identity
Be able to handle multiple projects and tasks with tight and overlapping deadlines
Showcase strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Possess a positive attitude, cheerful disposition and good interpersonal skills to work with different stakeholders from across the organisation
Be a mature, resourceful and adaptable professional who can work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, while managing stakeholder feedback
