Position: Executive Assistant

Department: Corporate Development

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to NHG and IMH Senior Management while playing a crucial role in departmental operations. This position will report to the Manager, Corporate Development.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide calendar management for the Director and department, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and prioritisation of commitments

· Organise high-level meetings and corporate events

· Provide administrative support for Board Committee Meetings and CEO engagements

· Process and manage departmental procurement and payments, ensuring compliance with financial procedures

· Oversee office administration, including maintenance of supplies, and departmental assets

Requirements

· Strong organisational abilities and time management abilities

· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Attention to detail and proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion

· Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaborative relationships

· Working knowledge of ARIBA and ePay systems (preferred)
