A leading company in Singapore is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director. The role involves managing the MD’s calendar, coordinating meetings, and maintaining confidentiality. Ideal candidates should possess a Diploma in Business Administration and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.
Work Location: West
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Benefits / Remuneration:
Salary up to $4,500/month

Job Responsibilities:
Manage MD’s calendar, emails, calls, and travel arrangements
Coordinate meetings: prepare agendas, take minutes, follow up on actions
Act as liaison between executives, department heads, and external contacts
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Organize filing systems and support project tracking
Perform general administrative duties
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration or related field
Experience supporting senior executives preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Minute writing skills are mandatory
Adaptable, proactive, and able to work under pressure
