Mondays – Fridays, Office Hours
Our client, one of the leading FMCG in Singapore, is currently seeking a candidate to join them as an Executive Assistant.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide secretarial support to the Director and Managing Director
Answer incoming calls professionally and attend to visitors
Maintain a neat and organised office space
Work closely with vendors to arrange flights, transportation, accommodation
To support and coordinate meeting arrangements for office and its visitors
Handle office management e.g pantry management, renewal of admin office licenses etc
Provide administrative support
Assist the HR to review admin budget on a monthly basis and to monitor quarterly expenses
Support the HR department, including the application of work permits, participate and plan for employee engagement activities, etc.
Other ad hoc duties as required
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
At least 2 – 3 Years of relevant experience is preferred
