Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly capable, proactive, and trusted Executive Assistant to directly support the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This role plays a key part in enabling the CFO’s effectiveness by providing executive coordination, tracking deliverables, managing high-level communications, and following through on cross-functional finance projects.

The ideal candidate is not only organized and discreet but also sensitive to business priorities, sharp in capturing requirements and next steps, and effective at driving execution. This role demands the ability to operate with discretion, speed, and a strategic mindset in a dynamic, high-expectation environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Executive Support to Group CFO
    • Manage the CFO’s schedule, meetings, travel, and high-level communications with the support of the CFO secretary.
    • Take high-quality meeting minutes, capturing key action items, ownership, and timelines.
    • Coordinate executive engagements, including preparing agendas, decks, talking points, and follow-ups.
  2. Operational & Strategic Coordination
    • Act as an extension of the CFO in coordinating across internal and external stakeholders BU, sites, BU Finance, Global Finance Centre, Corporate Finance, IR and investors.
    • Consolidate updates and track key deliverables across workstreams.
    • Ensure alignment of timelines, inputs, and reporting cycles (e.g. budgeting, audit, and transformation reviews).
    • Follow through on meeting actions, anticipate roadblocks, and help remove bottlenecks.
  3. Confidential Document & Communication Management
    • Handle sensitive materials including board papers, investor decks, and internal strategy updates with utmost discretion.
    • Draft internal communications and executive reports on behalf of the CFO.
    • Maintain accurate version control and ensure secure distribution of confidential documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives, ideally in a finance, corporate, or high-growth environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and fast-changing situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and digital collaboration tools.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to travel and work across time zones when required.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively liaise with Chinese stakeholders.
  • As we operate in the manufacturing industry, the role is based on-site, and candidates should be comfortable working from the office, Monday to Friday.
