Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Ayumantra is a leading Ayurvedic company dedicated to bringing holistic health and wellness to people through authentic Ayurvedic products and practices. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director during the night shift.

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director during night hours. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and able to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. This role is suitable for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and aims to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative Support: Manage the Managing Director's administrative tasks and coordinate travel arrangements.
  2. Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for the Managing Director, handling all correspondence including emails, phone calls, and messages.
  3. Project Assistance: Assist in managing and coordinating special projects, ensuring timely completion.
  4. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  5. Time Management: Ensure efficient utilization of the Managing Director's time, prioritizing tasks and activities.
  6. Follow-Up: Track and follow up on assigned tasks to meet deadlines.
  7. Client & Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with key clients, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time-management abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), ability to work independently with minimal supervision, high discretion and confidentiality, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Availability: Must be available for night shifts.
