A private firm in Singapore is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Group CEO and Chief Investment Officer. The role involves managing complex calendars, providing executive support, and overseeing the group's financial monitoring. Ideal candidates should have significant experience in a similar role, strong analytical skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Provide administrative and secretarial support to the CEO including business and personal.
Manage complex and dynamic calendars, travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
Coordinate board meetings, investment meetings and other executive sessions.
Handle sensitive communications and documentation with the utmost confidentiality.
Act as confidant, sounding board and organisational barometer for the CEO, offering strategic input and anticipating organisational risks or opportunities.
Oversee the Group’s cashflow, budget and forecast.
Manage and further develop business management systems including budgeting, forecasting and business planning.
Assist senior management in analysing and resolving key financial, commercial and operational matters.
Manage relationships with key external financial stakeholders including banks and debt providers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the alignment and execution of strategic priorities.
Provide mentorship or lead junior admin team members.
Support ad hoc business initiatives and projects as assigned by the CEO.
Assist in the set up and management of project-level cash flow and financial monitoring systems.
Monitor project expenditures and manage partner audits of projects.
Provide direct support to project teams to assist managing and controlling costs and budgets.
Conduct high-level analyses and financial modelling for prospective new investment opportunities across multiple countries’ jurisdictions.
Undertake sector research, market intelligence gathering and macro/micro economic assessments.
Analyse and prepare acquisition proposals for submission to the investment committee and key stakeholders.
Support the execution of investment transactions from initial discussions through submission of Terms Sheets, due diligence, negotiation and deal closure.
Undertake intermittent valuation and analysis of existing assets to optimize value.
Assume leadership of specific projects and activities.
Support and liaise with the investment committee and key stakeholders.
Other duties as assigned by the CEO.
