Overview

We’re Hiring: Executive Assistant to Director / Kids Club Assistant Manager

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to the Director (with Assistant Manager responsibilities).

This is a key role to ensure our kids club runs smoothly, supporting both the Founder/Director and the day-to-day operations of the club.

What you’ll do
  • Act as the right-hand support to the Director in managing club operations
  • Oversee rostering, scheduling, and administrative duties
  • Coordinate and support children’s camps, classes, and events
  • Liaise with parents and ensure excellent communication & service
  • Ensure the club is maintained in a clean, safe, and orderly manner
  • Support staff management and assist with on-ground logistics
  • Handle executive assistant responsibilities, including planning, coordination, and follow-ups
