Job description

Our client, a private natural resource extraction & trading company with annual revenue of S$100 million is seeking for an Executive Assistant (EA) to Chairman.

The EA is responsible will be providing high level support to the Chairman which includes in the preparation of Minutes of Meetings, travel itinerary and arrangements, meetings and events management. Reporting to the Chairman, the EA will assist in the calendar management, as well as preparation of necessary managements for the meetings.

Successful candidates can expect to work in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess at least a Recognized Degree in Business or equivalent
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in as an Executive Assistant with experience in project management
  • Strong proficiency in taking and preparing Minutes of Meeting (MoM) accurately and efficiently
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese counterparts
  • Willing to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Able to attend socializing client meetings with the Chairman
  • Articulate with strong communication and presentation skills
