  • Bachelor with min. 10 years of professional Personal Assistant experience, of at least 5 years of direct experience supporting senior management (e.g., CEO, C-suite, or Executive Leadership Team).

  • Experience in fintech, technology, or financial services sectors (highly preferred), strong proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office.

  • Professionalism, discretion, and proactive plus resourceful approach to problem-solving with ability to liaise effectively with English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a high-impact, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting senior leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and efficiency. This role requires responsiveness beyond traditional working hours, and a high level of professionalism in both business and social settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings (internal and external).

  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, and detailed itineraries.

  • Arrange and confirm restaurant bookings for business and personal engagements.

  • Provide light personal assistance to help the CEO remain focused on strategic priorities.

  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

  • Prepare, draft, and proofread emails, reports, presentations, and correspondence.

  • Assist in compilation of report, statistics, presentations, organization charts and note-taking.

  • Handle all information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor with min. 10 years of professional working experience with at least 5 years of direct experience supporting senior management (e.g., CEO, C-suite, or Executive Leadership Team).

  • Experience in fintech, technology, or financial services sectors.

  • Proven track record of operating in fast-paced, high-performance environments.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

  • Professionalism, discretion, and a proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to changing priorities.

  • Multilingual capabilities (especially Mandarin to liaise with English and Chinese-speaking stakeholders) are a plus.
