Executive Assistant to CEO & Marketing Assistant

Role Overview:

As a Founders Associate, you will work closely with the founder on day-to-day operations, creative content development, and special projects. This high-trust role requires sharp organizational skills, a flair for branding and storytelling, and involves project tracking, meeting coordination, content writing, and brainstorming social media ideas.

What You'll Do:
  1. Schedule and coordinate meetings, maintain calendars
  2. Track ongoing projects and help drive follow-ups to closure
  3. Organize internal files, notes, and documentation
  4. Manage the founder's inbox, flag priorities, and draft responses
  5. Take meeting minutes and translate discussions into actionable items
  6. Support social media content planning and caption writing
  7. Assist with website and brand-aligned content writing
  8. Contribute to research, data organization, and creative layouts
Bonus if you have:
  • Experience with Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar tools
  • A sharp aesthetic sense and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in content, branding, or digital marketing
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
