Executive Assistant to CEO & Leadership Team (Remote)
    Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative support to our CEO and leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in assisting our leadership and managing relationships with key clients in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.Key Responsibilities: Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO and leadership team. Manage and organize appointments, schedules, and meetings to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. Assist in handling communications with US-based clients and customers, ensuring timely responses and professionalism. Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports for leadership meetings, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Coordinate and maintain various administrative functions, including travel arrangements, expense reports, and logistics. Act as a liaison between leadership and US-based teams, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and efficient processes. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining trust at all times.Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or top leadership in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, customers, and internal teams. A legal background (LAW, CA) is preferred and given priority. Strong experience in managing administrative work, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations. Proven experience in handling US-based clients and customers, with a clear understanding of US business culture and communication standards.
