Location: Navi Mumbai (Remote)

Experience: 6-8 Years

Must Have: Excellent Communication skills, experience working with US stakeholders in the IT industry, proficiency in G-Suite. The candidate should be mature, sharp, professional, and a perfectionist.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead Organization: Assist in organizing and categorizing sales leads efficiently. Monitor and track lead progress, updating the sales head on the status of each lead.
  2. Follow-Up Management: Conduct diligent follow-ups with prospective clients and partners. Ensure timely communication and enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  3. CRM Maintenance: Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate and current information. Generate reports and analytics from the CRM system to assist in sales strategies and decision-making.
  4. Sales L10 Representation: Represent the Sales Head in Sales Level 10 (L10) meetings as needed. Prepare and present relevant data and reports during the L10 meetings. Communicate the outcomes and action items from L10 meetings to the Sales Head and relevant team members.
  5. Liaison Duties: Serve as the primary point of contact between the Sales Head and internal departments, clients, and partners.
  6. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, travel planning, and expense reporting. Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
