Job Summary:
We are looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior management while assisting with key HR functions. This role requires excellent organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities across executive support and human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Take accurate and timely meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.

HR Support:

  • Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Prepare employee evaluations and performance review materials.
  • Arrange and coordinate training sessions, coaching workshops, and employee development programs.
  • Monitor employee progress and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development initiatives.
  • Maintain an effective level of literacy about business units’ functions, midrange plans, hiring requirements, and training needs.
  • Coordinate internal communications and events.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative/HR role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant platforms.
