Key Responsibilities:
  1. Managing calendars for senior executives in banks or financial services firms.
  2. Providing administrative support to the department.
  3. Handling various administrative tasks as the ‘go-to’ person in the department.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent; a university degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably with exposure to senior management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, and strong oral and written communication abilities.
  • High level of confidentiality and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including after-hours and during events, as required.
