Job summary

A staffing solutions company in Singapore is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Vice President of the FMCG division. Position Summary:
This role provides administrative support to the Vice President of the FMCG division. Suitable for candidates with prior admin experience, especially those who have supported senior leaders or worked in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Submit claims and leave applications on behalf of the Vice President
  • Track contract expiry dates using internal systems
  • Raise purchase orders and requests via SAP
  • Answer calls from the customer hotline
  • Assist in organising department events and meetings
  • Print and prepare customer order forms
  • Manage calendars and schedules for the VP and team
  • Take minutes during department meetings
  • Arrange corporate bookings when required
  • Perform general administrative and ad hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
