Executive Assistant / Secretary - Asset Management (Perm - S8.3K)

The role

A tier-1 asset management firm is seeking a highly organised and adaptable Team Secretary/Administrative Assistant to join their investment team. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to contribute to the smooth running of a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Investment Team
  2. Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings
  3. Preparing documents, presentations, and other business materials
  4. Handling incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries professionally
  5. Organising and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
  6. Assisting with travel arrangements and expense reporting
  7. Supporting ad-hoc projects and tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Team Secretary or Administrative Assistant, ideally within asset management
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience in maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
