About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (Part Time/Freelance) to support our Chief Executive Officer on a part-time basis. This role is well-suited for a professional who excels in data management, reporting, and administrative support, and values the flexibility of a two-day workweek.

You will play a key role in supporting executive operations by managing data, creating structured reports, and ensuring administrative tasks are handled efficiently. This position offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the leadership team while maintaining a balanced work schedule.

What you'll be doing:

  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry

  • Generate reports from collected data to support business decision-making

  • Create and manage Excel spreadsheets, including advanced features such as Pivot Tables, formulas, and charts

  • Maintain and organize digital records and files

  • Provide general administrative support to the executive team

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially Pivot Tables, formulas, and data visualization

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

  • Experience with report generation and data analysis is a plus
