A leading company is seeking a Payroll Executive to manage payroll processing and HR tasks for subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will have a degree in HRM, with at least 3 years of experience in HR, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. This role involves ensuring compliance with local regulations and handling employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
Key duties and responsibilities
Handle full spectrum of payroll processing
Administer and execute payroll processing for assigned subsidiaries, includes updating new hires, resignation, & calculation of overtime & allowances
Execute off-cycle payroll on AWS and Variable Bonus
Prepare bank files for submission
Prepare statutory submission to CPF & IRAS and ensure timely and accurate processing in compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
Process monthly claims and verify receipts for payments
Perform monthly payroll reconciliation and reporting to Finance
Handle employees’ enquiries pertaining to payroll matter
Shared Services:
Update employee data into the SAP system
Manage end-to-end process for pre-employment, application and renewal of work and dependent pass
Letters preparation
Documentation control and filing
Provide government grant disbursement reports
Undertakes ad-hoc projects or assignments as and when required
Requirement
Degree/Diploma in HRM or equivalent HR relevant certificates.
At least 3 years of HR experience, either from a HR generalist and/or payroll background
Strong in-depth understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and other local regulations.
Able to work independently under pressure and enjoys working in a dynamic team environment.
Good relationship/ stakeholders’ management, presentation, communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Mature and hands-on person who is proactive, driven with positive working and learning attitude.
